SOUTHWESTERN SEXCAPADES - work in progress
October 2, 2026With SOUTHWESTERN SEXCAPADES, everything is moving forward nicely. At this point, we can say that around 99% of all sex scene and cumshot animations are finished.
What’s more, we already have plenty of additional animations that are not directly related to the sex scenes. These smaller moments will add much more life to the game, and we’re planning to render even more of them.
This week, while matching the text with the images, I realized just how much content this expansion is going to add and how good everything is looking. I’m confident you’ll be impressed by both the quality and the amount of new content.
The matching process is especially important because this is when I verify that every scene has all the required visuals and animations. During this stage, I already found a few things that were missing and had to add them.
I’d say this part is currently around 75% complete. I plan to finish it next week and then start connecting all the new scenes together and preparing hints for the in-game journal. This will probably be one of the more challenging parts because of how many scenes are already present in the game, but I believe I can get it done within a few days.
At the same time, I’ll start upscaling the videos for all the new animations included in the expansion and then combine them into the final animation sets.
After that, we’ll move on to sound effects and music, translations, and a lot of beta testing.
Release is planned for this month.
I LOVE LAURA vs SERENA: YELLOW CREEK
Some of you mentioned last week that you would prefer to see SERENA: YELLOW CREEK released first.
Right now, we’re analyzing whether we can adjust our production schedule to make that happen. It wouldn’t be the most convenient option for us, but we’re willing to change our plans if enough of you are more interested in SERENA.
Before both I LOVE LAURA and SERENA: YELLOW CREEK, however, we plan to reveal the upcoming expansion for LWT2. The same artist currently working on SERENA will render that expansion, so before he can start SERENA, he needs to finish the expansion first.
If we decide to prioritize SERENA, I can move the artist currently working on I LOVE LAURA to the SERENA project. With two artists working on it, we could speed up production significantly and start rendering SERENA: YELLOW CREEK much sooner than originally planned.
So the question is simple:
Would you prefer us to prioritize SERENA: YELLOW CREEK, even if it means delaying I LOVE LAURA a little?
Yes. I would prefer serena first obviously. When Laura was shown it was mentioned Laura would move slower.. so I had assumed. Anyway yes serena 🙂

Serena- and maybe if it does well. She gets her own artists? As someone mentioned. Lwt3 means… 6 years of wait for another Serena. Maybe a go fund me or something to support Serena titles lol
No, we don’t plan to preapre LWT3 right now. Only expansion to LWT2: FRENCH CONFESSIONS (more info about that project here: https://lessonofpassion.com/2026/01/30/french-confessions-future-updates/
If we set higher priority on Serena we’ll release it next year.
And both artist will work on this title – YamYoda (author of Serena model and involved in the rendering of all parts) and BubX (American Sunset, Pledge and many more).

I think its also worth looking back.. the posts of thinking of serena and the original announcement of serena yellow creek. Plus a decent number of followers on steam(500+). I dont think there is any doubt serena is more popular then Laura…
Laura looks fun to play as well but I think serena deserves to catch a break
I guess I don’t understand. Serena was announced and preview images were shown. Hype was gained, then kind of out of the blue, I Love Laura comes in to push Serena in to the backlog? Was there a previous post I missed talking about doing that game instead? Also Romance.exe coming toward a release too. A lot on the developers plate.

Hi guys, long fan of your games since the first Living with Temptation. One question: are you planning to do anything more with Sanguira from Horos? I think she is your best design by far – your new projects like Serena 3 or Laura (not a hater, love your work but personally I dont like that cheap instagram – looks, Laura looks like a cheap hooker so this gamę is not for me). Maybe a date sim with sexy demonic Sanguira with some new characters? Horos guy fits to the story but he is terrible for me – his presence ruin sex scenes for me. Keep up the great work.
